The Brief for this project was to re-design a website/app of my choice, identifying different user pain points in the website/app and improving on them.

There have been many instances using different user interfaces that I ask myself, what if I could do this or what if this was put here, these questions prompting me to see if I could bring these ‘what ifs’ to life.

IDENTIFYING PAIN POINTS
The inspiration for choosing which website/app to redesign stemmed from my desire to improve an app I frequently use, which led me to choose Disney+ for redesign, especially since users often praise Netflix for its superior UI. Being a user of both Netflix and Disney+, I wanted to identify ways to enhance the Disney+ interface based on mine and other users experiences.
The project started with identifying different pain points of using the existing Disney+ app through interviewing different users. Several pain points were identified, such as the task bar lacking user-friendly options and film cards requiring clicking to access.
WIREFRAMING & DESIGNING
These issues were addressed by redesigning the navigation bar with intuitive options and icons, and allowing users more interaction with film cards upon hovering.
While not all issues were resolved, the main concerns were tackled, resulting in a redesigned site that retained the original Disney+ look and feel.
